Buffalo Wing Puff Pastry Hot Dogs

These buffalo wing hot dogs are so delicious! Wrapped in buttery puff pastry, they are filled with sharp cheddar and blue cheese, drizzled in buffalo wing sauce and topped with green onions. Serve with ranch for the ultimate dip!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 hot dogs
  • 1 large egg + 1 teaspoon water, beaten together for egg wash
  • 1 cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • buffalo wing sauce, for drizzling
  • 4 green onions, sliced for topping
  • cup chopped fresh cilantro, for topping
  • ranch dressing, for serving

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Slice the sheet of puff pastry into 6 squares: once down the center lengthwise, then two slices widthwise.
  • Place some cheddar and blue cheese in the center of one of the puff pastry squares. Place the hot dog on top. Roll up the pastry so it covers the hot dog. Drizzle on some wing sauce. Repeat with remaining hot dogs and puff pastry. Place all the hot dogs on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Slice a few cuts in the top of the puff pastry with a sharp knife to let the steam escape. Brush the puff pastry all over with the egg wash. You can top with some parmesan if you’d like!
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and puffed.
  • Drizzle the hot dogs with the wing sauce. Top with the green onions, cilantro and extra blue cheese. Serve with ranch!
